Summary:                    [patch] trustrpid and sendrpid global settings not

Description: 
The two rpid settings are not in "sip show settings".  I didn't even go
through the other ones to see what else is missing, but I'm betting that
there are more that are absent.

Try this -- it seems to work for me. I even compiled and tested! ;)
