Summary:                    [patch] Allow disconnect feature before a call is
bridged in branch 1.6.2
Description: 
I noticed that the branch 1.6.2 does not solve the issue
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=11583 to allow to
use the disconnect feature before the channel is bridged.

We can use the key '*' only to cancel the call, even if the key sequence
of the disconnect feature is different in features.conf.

The issue https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=11583 is solved in all other
branches but not in 1.6.2.
