I am getting this bug using a channel bank

the patch fixes this issue

I'm closing this until we can see the logs from DAHDI. When you are able to
reproduce this on DAHDI and can provide the logging showing it then please
reopen this issue, but until that time there is nothing we can do to move
this issue forward.
