Summary:                    dahdi-tools should depends on 'which'
Description: 
dahdi-tools includes a script (xpp/waitfor_xpds , installed to
/usr/share/dahdi) that uses 'which' . 'which' is part of the package
'which' and thus warants a dependency on it.

I suppose that normally 'which' would be installed, but we might as well
express the dependency explicitly.
