Summary:                    asterisk es-gsm sounds url goes timeout
Description: 
Whenever doing Make install * tries to download sounds but since the url is
no longer available installation can't continue.

This was fixed a while ago. The current sounds version is 1.4.11 so you
should use a newer version of Asterisk or make the changes manually to your
local version.

Current 1.4 already contains: 
SOUNDS_URL:=http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/sounds/releases
