Summary:                    Peer Qualify is not Working
Description: 
Peer qualify freq is 60sec.
Status remains  UNKNOWN and no OPTIONS is sent to peer

To me this looks like a configuration error. It seems your device and
Asterisk may be on different networks. I see the traffic kind of flowing
between them, and I see the ACKs and 200 OKs being sent to the device, but
it seems no response is getting sent to Asterisk to let it know the
messages were received.

After a while Asterisk gives up on getting a response and drops the call
it seems.
