Summary: T.38 fax sending succesful but asterisk reporting
failure
Description:
While sending fax using T.38 using app_fax and spandsp, asterisk reports
failure for all faxes but actually it is not failure , fax is successful
but not reported by asterisk as successful

asterisk (app_fax & spandsp) always report failure of t.38 faxing
irrespective of fax sending status
