Summary:                    Update Introduce to README.txt with some more
verbosity and links
Description: 
Started working on a new document for the test suite, reviewed the existing
README.txt and realized it's actually pretty complete. So I merged in some
of what I had been working on which adds some new links and some of the
things Russell had said in this post:
