I am uploading the trace. Please note that unixODBC and freeetds have been
compiled with trace information.

This backtrace needs to have UnixODBC compiled without optimizations, so
that the values within the backtrace can be examined. At this point, it
looks like a UnixODBC issue, not an Asterisk issue.
