Calls from or to asterisk done from or to a web enabled gtalk account are
not connected.

I'd rather the empathy/pidgin stuff be handled separately if calls from
Gtalk web are fixed. This issue has been sitting here too long and we can
always break the problems up into smaller pieces and relate them back here
if necessary.
