[asterisk-bugs] Asterisk restart after failed blind transfer

Hi,

We are running an asterisk 1.6.2.6. 

We are in-call and we ask for a blind transfer with feature code ##, the
"call transfer" sound is played and we have tone, also the other end has
music on-hold. So far so good. But after a few seconds, if no extension
is hitted we should go back to the call, this is not happening. Instead,
the call is terminated on both ends and the asterisk does a gracefull
restart.

Please help me debug this situation. I can sent any information needed.
