Summary: Unabled to xfer call picked up from ParkedCall
Description:
I am unable to use atfer or xfer on a call picked up from ParkedCall so
whoever picks up the call from the parking lot is stuck with it.
All other attended and blind transfers work OK. Doesn't matter where the
call is from.
