Using live_ast, I have create a new option 'testsuite'.  Creating a default
asterisk install as a non-root.

I decided to take a difference approach, rather then DESTDIR we now set
--prefix.  This results in no longer patching asterisk.conf.

I just need to confirm this will still be valid for testsuites.
