Summary:                    [regression] realtime queues: persistent members not
loaded from astdb on restart
Description: 
In queues.conf I have set "persistentmembers = yes" and the the agents who
are logged on is saved to astdb. But then I restart Asterisk the are not
reloaded. All agents have to log in again

We are seeing the same issue in 1.4.30
queues.conf "persistentmembers = yes"
Agents are not being loaded from the astDB.
