Summary: Crash just after call is answered
Description:
I think this issues may be related to 16058.
I'm running 1.6.1.11 with the supplied patch from 16058, but I still get
random crashes with similar backtraces.
This is a server with very little load. Only a few AMI Originate to local
channels using the /n switch. One leg of the call is to a local sip account
and the other is to an another server using IAX2.
See attached backtrace.
