Imported ./contrib/scripts/sip-friends.sql to mysql.  Initial asterisk load
reports:

[Apr 12 13:17:07] WARNING[24988]: res_config_odbc.c:1032 require_odbc:
Realtime table sipfriends at asterisk requires column 'useragent', but that
column does not exist!

Thanks for the patch.  In the future, if you could generate your patch from
the base of your asterisk directory, rather from a sub-directory inside
asterisk. :)
