Imported ./contrib/scripts/sip-friends.sql to mysql.  Initial asterisk load

[Apr 12 13:17:07] WARNING[24988]: res_config_odbc.c:1032 require_odbc:
Realtime table sipfriends at asterisk requires column 'useragent', but that
column does not exist!
