Summary:                    [patch] Add ${TOTALCALLS} dialplan variable
Description: 
I need to do round robin calls through certain routes and didn't want to
depend on the 1 second accuracy of ${TIMESTAMP} or set a Global variable
when I could just use the total call count.

This is a trivial patch
