Description: 
Looking at q931.c it only has dump_called_party_subaddr
it's missing receive_called_party_subaddr, transmit_called_party_subaddr,
and associated pri_call changes. Maybe more...

The Telecom Specs in NZ suggests that SUB ADDRESS is always on, so doing
"desk to desk" between offices each with an asterisk box over the ISDN
should then be possible, without a whole load of DDI numbers required.

Is there any work beinging done for this?

Looking good.

libpri_subaddr_trunk.diff4.txt:
*  The subaddress.data and length are still being treated as ASCIIZ
strings when they are for a binary blob (with a null terminator for
convienence).  This is required for BCD support.  The libpri_copy_string()
and strxxx() functions are for ASCIIZ strings.  You need to use memxxx()
functions and the length field.

When you get your patches finished we'll need to put it up on the
reviewboard.  It is much easier to review and comment on locations of the
code.
