Asterisk 1.6.2.0~dfsg~beta3-1 built by pbuilder @ grnetbox on a x86_64
running Linux on 2009-07-28 00:56:52 UTC
(debian unstable)

it appears that chan sip doesn't clean everything on reload, and keeps
stray information from previous versions of the configuration, leading to
401 errors on incoming calls because it's looking for a peer that has
disappeared.

a complete restart of the switch fixes the problem.

Can you please retry on a newer version of 1.6.2.0? I can't find any other
issues in the issue tracker related to this one, and you're the only one
who seems to be having this issue, so I'd like to verify upgrading doesn't
resolve this issue.

If it doesn't, please provide sip debug, sip history, and console output
with debugging enabled.

This is probably best done by reproducing the issue with the 'full'
logging option in logger.conf and attaching that file. Please filter out
only the stuff that is applicable to this issue.
