Summary: Asterisk crashed after transfer
Description:
The asterisk always crashed after transfer. I have duplicated this issue in
1.6.1.x and 1.6.2.x.
You can duplication this issue with following steps.
1.User A call to Asterisk and join meetme
2.User A active callout function and call to second user
3.User B answer User A's call
4.User A transfer User B into meetme
5.User B drop the call from meetme
6.User A drop the call from meetme <- Asterisk crashed in this step
