I'm runing Asterisk 1.6.1.2 with DAHDI 2.2.0.2 and have had this isssue
occur twice now. It's a Dell Server with 2 TE121B's. Doing a "dahdi
restart" on the asterisk console resolves the issue, but until that is done
asterisk just spits out a constant solid stream of errors and doesn't
accept or send calls out on the PRI circuit. It should also be noted that
it first happend about 1 week after the machine was restarted, but the
second time it was only 2 days after a full system reboot, so it doesn't
appear to be related to how long the system has been up.
