Summary:                    Asterisk crashes when playing back voicemail that
has been forwarded with a prepend
Description: 
This crash is not always reproducible but it is always reproducible with
the same voicemail message. Backtraces to follow, message available upon
request.

This system is running CentOS 4.3 but the issue has been reproduced on
other machines and distributions.

Please install the latest MySQL-ODBC-Connector from http://dev.mysql.com. 
Packaged versions are known to be a source of crash issues.
