Summary:                    RemoveQueueMember can't remove from all queues
Description: 
There is no way to remove an extension from all queues they are currently
logged in too. This seems like a simple and useful feature. 
PauseQueueMember and UnpauseQueueMember both impact all queues they are
logged in to, so I assume this would be an easy thing to do.
