I'm closing this issue because there is no information to go on here.

I would suggest the reporter first utilize the asterisk-users mailing
list, and if it is deemed to be a bug, then the reporter can file a new
issue, containing information about how the issue was run into, how to
reproduce it, and most importantly, provide the required information to
debug the issue.

Additionally, this should be tested on the latest version of Asterisk.
