uploaded wctdm_fix_ONHOOKTRANSFER.diff.txt

Adds the missing break in the DAHDI_ONHOOKTRANSFER wctdm_ioctl.
Fixes the ability to interchange Neon and LED (LineReversal) type phones
on the same FXS line, and have the correct VMWI indications.
