Summary:                    phoneprov route variable values missing
Description: 
Running "phoneprov show routes" at the CLI after * starts shows Relative
URI entries with variables like ${TOLOWER(${MAC})} replaced with an empty
string.  Requests to the HTTP interface an affected URI returns a not-found
result.  Running "module reload res_phoneprov" manually restores the proper
operation as far as I can tell.

This is actually a documented issue (see asterisk.pdf in the Asterisk
release tarballs).  You need to add a preload line to modules.conf for any
modules that are used for filename generation.

In this case, I believe the module is func_strings.so
