Summary: Dahdi crash server with kernel panic out of sync
Description:
Centos 5.3 (Full update)
Asterisk 1.6.1.6
DAHDI Linux 2.2.0.2 with digium Hpec echo cancellation (3 licenses)
DAHDI Tools 2.2.0
Libpri 1.4.10.1
Addons 1.6.1.1
Digium TDM800P wtih 8xFXO

After installing the server (pure asterisk server), all required functions
are working perfectly except that the server is highly unstable (the system
crashes randomly).

I realised that every time I restart dahdi using the command 'service
dahdi restart' with asterisk running, the server crashes with Kernel Panic
out of Sync. When I reboot the server, everything will be back to normal
until the system crashes again randomly.

Tested the above with 2 different servers.

P4 2.26Ghz with 512MB Ram and 40GB IDE HDD.
Intel Core 2 Dual 2.8Ghz with 2GB Ram and 320 SATA HDD.

Both generates the same crashes.
