Summary:                    Monitor does not produce output files (via dial plan
or queues)
Description: 
When using the Monitor application, the output files are not created. The
last stable tarball version I can see where this worked correctly was in
1.6.1.6.

As of 1.6.2.0-rc2, the expected "XXXX-in.wav" and "XXXX-out.wav" files are
not created.

Could you also verify this same issue is happening in 1.6.1.7-rc1? Thanks!

I've updated this as a blocker for the next release.
