Summary: chan_h323 with h323plus 1.21.0 doesn't compile
Description:
Since h323plus updated to 1.21.0 and PTLib 2.4.5 chan_h323 doesn't compile
correctly on CentOS 5.3. The patch updates the chan_h323 code to use
'PBoolean' instead of 'BOOL'
