Summary:                    new exten pattern matching not correctly
prioritizing extensions by CID
Description: 
If extenpatternmatchnew == true, the pattern-matching trie is utilized, but
CID matching does not work. It seems that any extension with a CID pattern
is considered an invalid extension.
