Summary:                    Delayed audio/one leg only
Description: 
I'm expiriencing strange issue with delayed audio - when I spy channel at
some point audio of one call-leg starts to be delayed. 

exten => chanspy,1,extenspy(SIP/kon,v(0)b)
exten => chanspy,n,hangup()

Call is recored (via Monitor). 
asterisk.conf has following entries:

internal_timing = yes
transmit_silence_during_record=yes

Are you using the latest version of Asterisk from subversion? I thought
this delayed audio issue had already been fixed some months ago?

If not, we're going to have to reproduce the issue. Please provide the
appropriate dialplan and scenario instructions in order to reproduce the
issue. Console output with debugging enabled may be useful as well.
