Alec, 
The wctdm7109-neonmwi.diff patch is your patch cleaned up against dahdi
trunk at commit 7109.  I've done some cursory testing and will be testing
more early next week. 

We will probably go ahead and commit this to trunk soon.  The wctdm24xxp
implementation will have to wait until the command queuing gets cleaned up.
