Reopening this as new. Attended SIP transfer from Polycom UA, no queue
involved.

You've tried this on 1.6.0.x latest from SVN and not just a release right?
None of the changes from 15109 etc... have been put into any of the latest
releases yet. I'd just like to verify those changes either fix, or don't
fix, this issue. Thanks!
