Summary:                    [branch] Secure RTP (SRTP)
Description: 
This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

notthematrix: the status is exactly the same as it was and has been since
twilson commented on what the status is.

This work will not be going into 1.6.2 -- it will only go into trunk, and
thus the next branch after it has been committed to trunk.

There will not be a backport to 1.6.2 unless someone from the community
steps up and decides to create a backport patch.

twilson will update the issue as soon as he has the time, or whenever
someone from the community is able to step up and move this issue forward.
