Summary: Updateconfig not saving to database
Description:
I am using asterisk realtime configuration to save users.conf in a database
table. From the manager interface if I do a getconfig for users.conf it
shows the config from the database. But if I do an updateconfig on
users.conf the changes are saved to the users.conf file instead of
database. The file is created if it does not exist.

You're correct that it does not do that, but that is by design. As it
stands, this is a feature request, not a bug report.
