Summary:                    [patch] git-asterisk-howto: document a local git-svn
repository of asterisk
Description: 
The attached document describes using a local GIT repository of the
Asterisk SVN repo. Following oej's recommendation, I submit it for
inclusion.

It is currently formatted as plain text (actually: asciidoc, but not
tested). Is tex preffered?

I documented the usage of dummy-select as I believe that the alternative
(git submodule or symlinks for providing menuselect) is more complicated to
use and document. That said, feel free to update that document accordingly.
