Summary:                    [patch] Crash in ast_readaudio_callback
Description: 
We're experiencing almost-daily crashes in ast_readaudio_callback.
There seems to be corruption in the ast_filestream structure.

At first we thought it was just another appearance of issue 15616 (random
crashes) but currently we're experiencing the same crash at the same
point.

Every time it's a different agent, and a different extension. We have been
completely unable to reproduce this behaviour. It occurs at seemingly
random moments.

I have uploaded a patch (issue_15719-debug1.diff.txt) to test a theory
about what is going on here.  Basically, I'd like to know if the problem is
a problem similar to what we just fixed in format_mp3.

Please apply this patch and let me know if you still get the crashes, or
if you see some new ERROR messages showing up in your log from this patch.
