Summary:                    Calleer don´t hear the called channel
Description: 
When I call directly from my phone connected on TDM2400 I can´t hear the
called part, but I can hear them. No errors on CLI and messagens from
log...
But happens something strange, when I call from a SIP Channel (like
GXP2000 from my secretary) and this call is transfered via atxfer for any
channel connected on my TDM2400, it´s work normally. This happen only when
I call directly from any channel connected in TDM2400. This started happens
when I upraded from zaptel 1.4.9.2 to DAHDI 2.2.0.2, and asterisk 1.4.26-1
. I tried to remove echo cancelations, but no success. I can´t reproduce
if is problem from DAHDI or new version from Asterisk ...I was using the
1.4.25 version.

All channels are happening this.

Please provide relevant configuration parameters from the various files on
your system, along with console output, and debugging output (logger.conf,
add 'debug' to your console line, then run 'logger reload') -- enable 'core
set version 10' and 'core set debug 10'.

Save the output to a file while you reproduce the issue. Provide enough
information about call flow, devices in use, technologies in use, etc... in
order to be able to reproduce the issue.
