Description: 
going back to 2.1.0.4 and the problem is gone. 

this issue was reported by alecdavid in 0015498 and it is NOT fixed and
should not have been merged into 2.2.0.2.

I had the same problem with dropped calls. I had to replace the server
hardware twice. Now I have a TE121P and I have lots of echo. I think the
latest DAHDI is definately broken.
