hello, this is my first report, i`m a little newbie at this so please bear

For the moment use, the support mailing list, the support forum, or the
support IRC channel. My initial impression is that your network is simply
grossly overloaded, although there may be other faults with the network. I
don't think you are seeing another call; I think you are seeing another
attempt to make the same call, because a response has not been received.
