hello, this is my first report, i`m a little newbie at this so please bear

This appears to be the normal response to a retransmitted incoming INVITE. 
Is there any reason to believe that there is any other problem than
unreliable delivery of outbound packets, which would normally be a support
issue, not a bug report issue?
