Summary:                    [patch] Not all SIP extensions receive a page
Description: 
I have 187 SIP extensions configured to receive a page.
Dial plan looks correct but when CLI is watched during paging execution
only 140 phones receive the paging execution.

We tested the paging with an emergency lockdown today at a school involving
local police etc...
The patch worked well and everything went off without a hitch.
Everybody heard the page.
