Summary:                    Crash when doing chanspy
Description: 
Simple setup:

Call comes from external asterisk server (pstn2) and then the call goes
out with a simple dial through another server (pstn5).

After call is answered I call another extension to listen in on the first
channel. This results in a crash every time.

Dialplan:
exten => 38708699,1,Dial(IAX2/pstn5/48999303)

exten => 38701506,1,ChanSpy(IAX2/pstn2-7258)

Is this really related to 16133? That suggests this only happens in Whisper
mode, the issue here appears to occur when ChanSpy mixes SIP with IAX ...
sorry if I'm being ignorant but just thought I'd check.
