Summary:                    [patch] ExternalIVR Does not use copy IP Address
correctly
Description: 
app_externalivr depended on the h_length property being returned from
ast_gethostbyname. It was determined that it is better to use sizeof() This
was discussed with ebroad & mvanbaak on #asterisk-dev

Per discussion with reporter on IRC, 16135 should resolve the issue with
the current code, by setting h_length, there is no need to change the code
in app_externalivr.
