Summary:                    [patch] span numbers in pri debug / error messages
Description: 
'pri set debug' is handy. However if you need to trace an issue with more
than one span, you can't tell from which span each line comes.

The attached patch adds the numbers at beginning of lines.

span numbers in pri debug / error messages 

Prefix PRI trace messages with the span number. This makes the trace
readable even when you have a multi-port device.
