Summary: ExternalIVR without argument causes segmentation
fault
Description:
If ExternlIVR is called without an argument it causes an instantaneous
Segmentation fault. I'm a noob with c, but using some printf's I think I
tracked to this line:
355: if ((s = strchr(eivr_args.cmd[0], '('))) {
