Summary:                    Dial Plans screen in Asterisk-GUI is blank
Description: 
The dial plans screen, generated by dialplans.html, on the Asterisk-GUI is
always blank. All other configuration screens appear to work. After several
installation attempts the problem is always the same. Here are the steps to
take to reproduce the problem.

1. Untar the source for Asterisk 1.6.1.6.
2. Run ./configure
3. Run make menuselect (accept all defaults)
4. Run make
5. Run make install
6. Run make samples
7. Retrieve Asterisk-GUI source from svn (branches/2.0) Current Version
4986
8. Run ./configure
9. Run make
10. Run make install
11. Run make checkconfig
12. Make all changes to config files as indicated by the checkconfig
results
12. Start asterisk using service asterisk start
13. Open the cfgbasic.html screen as directed.
14. After logging in, select the Dial Plans screen.
15. The result is the from containing diaplans.html is completely blank.

All other screens appear to work and do result in the modification of the
config files.
