Looking at q931.c it only has dump_called_party_subaddr
it's missing receive_called_party_subaddr, transmit_called_party_subaddr,
and associated pri_call changes. Maybe more...

The Telecom Specs in NZ suggests that SUB ADDRESS is always on, so doing
"desk to desk" between offices each with an asterisk box over the ISDN
should then be possible, without a whole load of DDI numbers required.

Is there any work beinging done for this?

I think the principle objectives of this issue have been achieved. 
Calling, called, and connected line subaddressing support for the simple
call.  Additions to this feature can be done in another issue.

I'll merge the asterisk and libpri team/rmudgett/subaddr branches tomorrow
unless you find anything or want me to wait longer.

My idea of the incoming call setting the exten to number:subaddress and
call forwarding calls setting the call_forward field to number:subaddress
will need more thought.
