Summary:                    problem with waiting queue
Description: 
Good Afternoon People, 
I'm using asterisk 1.4.26.2 and queue in mysql and I am not able to put
the customer on hold, because the extension agent is busy and when the
queue gets the link it does not put on hold and now transfers to the same
branch he being busy . 

I wonder what is the field that I can enable this kind of waiting in line.

Per the bug guidelines(I know it is down at the moment, please bear with
us), please provide a sip debug/trace. You can do this by issuing the
following command in the CLI:

sip set debug on
